Mount Gay Black Barrel is a blend of old rums, matured for between three and seven years, and finished in heavily-charred ex-bourbon casks for six months before bottling.
TASTING NOTES
Colour- Brilliant golden amber.
Aroma- Complex notes of spice, toasted wood, followed by fruit.
Palate- Bold spice balanced with oaky vanilla and sweet caramel.
Finish- Warm medium body with long finish.
