If variety is the spice of life, then Chandon Brut is a perfectly seasoned little sparkling. A mix of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes are all carefully selected from cool climate spots across Victoria.
TASTING NOTES
Chandon Brut is pale straw with green hues, with excellent fine bead and mousse. Bright and fresh aromas of apple sorbet, orchard blossoms and lemon zest sit alongside subtle brioche and fresh sourdough characters. The palate leads with classic Chardonnay pear flavour. Gently creamy texture, zesty acidity and complex hints of nougat lead to a long, dry and refreshing finish.

In true pioneering spirit, Chandon Argentina was founded in 1959 by Moët & Chandon to produce a sparkling wine that combined French winemaking expertise and the passion of Argentina. From the foothills of the Andes, the classic grape varietals of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir have been skillfully blended using méthode traditionnalle, resulting in a lively wine with fine bubbles and delicate citrus aromas.
