Taste note: The aroma is deep, complex and full of
aromas of ripe black berries, such as blackberry, black
cherry and jam at first smell, then followed by oak barrelagedaromas ofchocolate, vanilla andtoast. Fragrance of
spices and violets gradually emerge as the wine further
decanting. The taste is mellowand sweet, rich intannin,
delicate andcompact in structure, which vividlyreflects
the terroir characteristics of the producing area at the
eastern foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia. A large and
elegantwine witha long finish andgreat agingpotential,
better drinking after 3-5 years of bottle storage. Aging
time: New French fine grained high-end oak barrels,
aged for 24 months.
